Crowds

It is crowded in Korea, and it is perhaps one of my least favorite things about living here. Everyone pushes past my personal space, which seems to increase in girth as I grow older.

Our trip to Seoul to visit an open-air market illustrated this for me. I only have pictures of the crowds, but check out Kristie's blog for cool pics of the market itself.

There's a caption to be written for this one, but I just can't think of the perfect line. He had his costume head half-off/half-on, the way we hold sunglasses that aren't being used, and he was drinking a soda. When I tried to stealthily snap a picture of the scene, he quickly put his head on. Perhaps he has a contract to follow.

There was an author signing books in this bookstore. He had quite the following, with a line backed up outside. Unfortunately, I have no idea who he is or what his book is. I asked someone who worked there and if the book had an English title. She said, "No."
